The Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (EEB) department's Committee on Climate for All strives to promote and sustain diversity, inclusion, and transparency across the department. The committee includes diverse representatives, including undergraduate, and graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, staff, and faculty. Together, we collect information, discuss emerging concerns, and design initiatives to improve the climate for all scholars and employees within the EEB.
