Upon Arrival
- Go to the building named “New South”
- Use our Princeton University Campus Map
- Visit Human Resources, 2nd floor, to complete I-9 form
- Visit Tiger Card office, A-level, to get your Princeton ID card
- Visit Parking office, A-level, for access to parking lot
- Contact Davis International Center, if international student or staff
Arrive at EEB in Guyot Hall
- Room assignment from your faculty adviser or his/her assistant
- Orientation with Martha Murdough
- Building access and Room key(s) from Tina Hansen
- Faculty lab support and services from faculty assistant
Within Your First Weeks
Information Technology (IT) support upon arrival: Jesse Sanders
- Access to network, lab printer, copier/scanner, vpn; Register your devices
- Join EEB email listserv and lab group listserv
- Hardware / software needs
- Research computing needs, secure storage for compliance issues
- Set up Princeton Google drive
- Access to shared calendars, SharePoint
- Set up office telephone and voicemail box, if needed
